Such a decision was made based on the numerous feedback from dissatisfied users. Changes were made to the "Show best tweets first" setting, or, more precisely, to disabling it. If this option is disabled, users will not receive a selection of missed tweets either. We can only hope that the developers will continue to listen to users' opinions, because this is the only way to make the product really convenient for everyone.
