Instagram has a feature for organizing saved posts into collections

19 April 2017
The Instagram development team is once again delighting users with a pleasant innovation. This time, it's about improving the function of saving bookmarks. Now, the social network allows organizing saved publications into groups called "Collections".In order to save a post in your collection, you just need to press and hold your finger on the icon for creating a bookmark. After that, the user will be given the option to select an existing collection to save the post, or to create a new one. At the same time, the new feature can also be used to assign already saved bookmarks to groups. To do this, just click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the screen, then give the collection a name and select the records to be added. It's worth adding that the created collections can be found on a special tab in the user's profile. Perhaps one of the main features of the innovation is the inability for third parties to access the saved posts. This means that you can save any posts you like without fear of being seen by other users. The innovation is already available to all owners of gadgets running Android or iOS. To try it out, all you need to do is update Instagram to version 10.16.
