The Apple Watch Series 3's main feature is no longer available in China

Chinese fans of gadgets from Apple became unavailable one of the main features of smart watches of the Cupertino company's new generation. It was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing an analyst who wished to remain anonymous.According to published data, the Apple Watch Series 3 with LTE support is no longer supported by Chinese carriers. This is most likely due to the fact that the eSIM cards used in the smartwatch make it much more difficult to collect data on users. It is worth adding that after the launch of Apple Watch Series 3 sales in China, cellular operator China Unicom provided the service of connecting new gadgets to LTE network. However, it was possible to do this only for a few days. After that, the company's website stated that the service was experimental and new connections became unavailable. It is also reported that the government of China and representatives of telecom operators declined to comment on the situation. Obviously, this event will have a negative impact on the already strained relationship between Apple and the Chinese authorities.
