Recall how events unfolded from the very beginning. On March 28, the RCN demanded that ten VPN-services connect to the Federal State Information System. Kaspersky Lab was among the owners. NordVPN, Hola VPN, Openvpn, VyprVPN, ExpressVPN, TorGuard, IPVanish and VPN Unlimited were also in the list. They were also sent requirements and given a period of 30 days to connect to IGIS. However, so far the software owners refused to accept such conditions from the agency.
