Great news for all photo lovers, as well as fans of gadgets from Xiaomi. On its crowdfunding platform, the company introduced a photo printer with support for augmented reality technology, which allows it to print very curious photos. The main feature of the device will be the ability to combine photos and short videos. This means that, after printing, the user will be able to bring a picture to the camera of his gadget and see on its screen the corresponding video clip. Obviously, this will require the use of a special mobile application, which, according to representatives Xiaomi, will be able to recognize the photo in 0.28 seconds. The videos themselves will be played at a frame rate of up to 120 fps. The photo printer will support mobile devices running Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 and above. To connect to them, you will be able to use Bluetooth or NFC. The Xprint Pocket AR Photo Printer will be capable of printing images measuring 54 x 86 mm, with a resolution of 291 x 294. At the same time, the size of the device itself is 133 x 80 x 27 mm and weighs in at 237 g. The printer will run on a built-in battery, 650mAh. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not yet shared the approximate operating time without recharging. Xprint Pocket AR Photo Printer has already gained enough money through crowdfunding platforms. Therefore, those who are interested can prepare their wheels. Fortunately, the cost of the device promises to be relatively low - about $ 63 for the photo printer and $ 6 for a pack of photo paper.
