27 September 2018
As many may have heard, back in August 2017, Sberbank began openly testing its own virtual mobile operator. At that time, it was known as Let's Talk. Finally, all preparations came to an end and the commercial launch of the virtual operator took place, which has already managed to change its name and turned into SberMobile. It is known that, like Pogorodim, the virtual operator works on the Tele2 infrastructure. During testing, it operated in St. Petersburg and the region, as well as in Moscow and the region. Now it is also possible to connect to SberMobile only in these cities, but by the end of the year it is planned to be launched in Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kostroma, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver and Tula regions. Subscribers to the new virtual operator can set up their tariff plan conditions themselves. At the moment of launch, the minimum package includes 150 minutes of talk time, 3 GB of Internet traffic and 50 SMS, with a subscription fee of 200 rubles per month. The maximum package will cost 1150 rubles and will provide 1500 minutes and 30 GB of traffic. Unlimited messengers, social networks, music and online videos are also available for a fee. The subscription fee can be paid with "Thank you" bonuses. It is worth adding, SberMobile subscribers will accumulate "Thank you" bonuses at a higher rate (up to 30%) when topping up their balance through the official mobile app. To get a SIM-card, it will be necessary to go to a Sberbank branch or make an order on the official SberMobile website.
