Adobe Bridge 2022 12.0.2

I thought it was a photo editor, but it turned out to be some kind of storage for photos. Maybe I don't understand something? Help, who has figured it out, please. Thank you in advance.

I downloaded it, everything works, but it does not open RAW files directly in Camera Raw if Photoshop (CS6) was not opened before. And I need exactly this function, to open without Photoshop. Is it possible to russify the program? What period of time is the trial version given. How much costs the permanent version?

For some reason, it's downloading, but not installing. And there's no mention of a mini.
