Decode is a simple program that lets you see the hex code of any text file. It doesn't do anything else, you can just open and see the HEX code of a text document. The options are to change the color of the background, the normal and the control characters and to choose to show the characters, the HEX code or both. In addition, the program allows you to copy everything to the buffer, save the code to a new txt or java file.
