F-IN-BOX, DLL Edition 3.0 F-IN-BOX is a control for Windows that extends the capabilities of the Flash Player ActiveX. The component does not use its own engine to work with Flash, but provides a wrapper around the official flash.ocx/swflash.ocx code, which allowed to extend the capabilities of the standard Flash ActiveX. 1) Load Flash movies from any source directly (resources, memory). No use of temporary files! 2) Create applications capable of running even when Flash ActiveX is not installed on the system. Forget about all the problems related to Flash ActiveX registration. Forget about not having enough user rights to register Flash ActiveX, forget about temporary files! 3) Translucency is fully supported 4) You can play Flash Video (FLV) directly from memory 5) Write code compatible with all Flash versions (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9). Using FlashPlayerControl, you can download clips directly from resources or memory, and from any other source! No temporary files! By default, the component uses flash.ocx/swflash.ocx already installed in the system. But you can tell the component to use flash.ocx/swflash.ocx code from any other source. For example, you can put the flash.ocx/swflash.ocx code in the application's resources and simply tell FlashPlayerControl on startup to use that exact code in its work. The code will be loaded into memory and used for Flash movies. No Flash ActiveX registration! No temporary files! Now there are no restrictions for using Flash ActiveX in applications!
