"Hello World" as an ActiveX - without ATL and MFC

"Hello World" as ActiveX - without ATL and MFC C++ files containing easily adaptable code for creating your own ActiveX. The ActiveX is compiled without using any special libraries like MFC and ATL. This project is meant to create a simple ActiveX with any number of methods (functions called by the client on your ActiveX). It also shows how to return the exception codes, with a description. The "Hello.World" ActiveX does not support generating events (Events).
