Gaucho is an application based on the Electron framework designed to automate the execution of various tasks, commands and scripts.
Unlike other lunchers that usually only work with applications, sites, etc., this one works with the command line as well. Thanks to it, you no longer have to keep the terminal window open and manually write commands to execute. It is able to run any terminal and shell commands supported by your computer's operating system, be it Windows, Linux or macOS. to
Gaucho does not need to be installed or preconfigured. The interface is also very simple and makes it easy to create and manage tasks. The application can run/execute several commands in parallel.
To add a new task, you need to specify a command, execution path and variables in addition to the name. Tasks can be run manually or by schedule. While the task is running, the application shows the time the task was started and its status (statuses have different colors). If there are a lot of tasks, you can group them by objectives, projects, etc. Tabs are used for this purpose.
