IconoMaker IconoMaker is a program that allows you to edit and create icons. It supports the creation of both standard icons (16x16, 32x32, 48x48) and arbitrary size icons with a color depth up to 16 million colors. It is possible to create and edit icons designed for the Windows XP operating system (32-bit color).
The editor includes convenient tools for drawing, exporting, importing or changing the .ico, .xpm, .xbm, .png and .icpr icons. The utility allows you to work with several icons at a time, i.e. you can open a set of several icons for editing at once. Besides, there is a useful option to check the correct icon format (Test icons). If you are just mastering the process of editing and creating icons, you can download free sets of ready-made icons from the developer's website as an example.
