IconUtils

IconUtils is a package of utilities for working with icons and cursors. With this package you can express your creative nature and create your own special icons and cursors, convert ready-made pictures into icons, give a unique look to your desktop, customize the image of different directories to make them easier to distinguish.

The set allows you to search and retrieve, edit, import and export icons and manage icon libraries. IconLover contains a significant number of artistic tools for creating and editing icons in standard and special sizes, with color depths from 1 to 32 bits with an alpha transparency channel. You can import icons from drawings, cursors, libraries and even executable files. IconLover allows you to collect icons into libraries.

IconLover also lets you create static and animated cursors. Any to Icon converts BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, WMF, WBMP and CUR into Windows icons. You can add files and folders from Windows Explorer or another file shell using Drag-n-Drop, you can split icon libraries into individual icons. Any to Icon allows you to extract icons from folders and libraries. You can process many files at once. Icon to Any lets you convert icons and cursors to BMP, WBMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, ICO, CUR and RC (Resource Compiler) file formats. You can process several files at a time. You can select icons, convert them to GIF format and use them in your Web pages. AhaView is an easy-to-use image file viewer and converter. It works with images in all popular formats: JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, CUR, ANI, WBMP.

There is a thumbnail view mode where you can quickly browse through many files and double-click the desired image to view it full-screen. You can convert files to JPEG, PNG and Windows Bitmap formats.
