Key Manager

Key Manager is a program that saves you a lot of time and effort when working on your computer. Thanks to its flexible interface it is possible to create different actions and perform them by pressing keys, mouse buttons or combinations, as well as to present them as a pop-up menu. In addition, the program has powerful tools for overriding keys and mouse buttons and locking them. You can limit or allow overrides and actions to certain programs and/or windows only.

Key Manager allows you to assign the following actions to normal, long (press and hold) and sequential key presses, mouse buttons, scrolling wheel and combinations, and pop-up menu:

• displaying a pop-up menu with other user-defined actions;
• inserting user-defined text into any program, with the ability to insert the current date, time and other data based on templates;
• pressing and locking keys, keyboard shortcuts, pressing buttons, and scrolling the mouse wheel;
• Launch any program or open a file or folder (you can simply drag and drop a shortcut, folder, or file into the action window to create it);
• Opening a user-defined web page address;
• Instantly create an email;
• performing actions on all windows or on the active one (close, minimize, maximize, restore, hide, show, hide/show (boss key), redraw, move, resize);
• computer power control, monitor power control, computer sound control, screen saver startup and much more.

It is also possible to present almost any key or mouse button as a custom modifier and use (like Alt and Ctrl) in combination with other keys, mouse buttons and modifiers.
