MSU Perceptual Video Quality Tool is a free program for measuring subjective video quality. It uses "blind comparison" scheme - sequences are played in pairs, and expert does not know which videos he compares. Two types of subjective comparisons are included, you can apply different methods of analysis of test results, for example, to assess the "stability" of expert opinions.
