muCommander is a lightweight, fast and convenient file manager. It has a standard, flexibly customizable, two-panel interface, has a built-in FTP server, and a built-in file archiver.
This file manager makes working with files and folders more convenient and faster. It allows you to perform all basic operations with files (copy, move, delete, rename, etc.), also has a function of batch renaming of files, checksum calculation and built-in archiver.
The archiver supports such archive formats as ZIP, RAR, 7z, TAR, GZip, BZip2, ISO/NRG, AR/Deb and LST. muCommander has its own FTP client and supports SFTP, SMB, NFS, HTTP, Amazon S3, Hadoop HDFS and Bonjour.
There is a bookmark manager for quick access to frequently used folders. The program has very flexible settings.
