Newton.exe A program for simulating the motion of up to several tens of bodies under the action of gravitational, electrostatic, magnetostatic fields or their combinations. Several non-interacting groups of bodies can be simulated. Scenarios include: - Simulations of Lagrange points (libration points). - Multiple demonstrations of "gravitational maneuvering", where a light body is either slowed or accelerated by heavy orbiting bodies, up to leaving the gravitationally bound system. - Multiple demonstrations of the orbital paradox (you slow down, you end up moving even faster). - Funny trajectories when observing ellipses from moving frames of reference, or the Moon in the Sun's frame of reference. - Chaos of gravitating bodies or electrostatically interacting particles. - Exotic "far" order in the magnetic interaction of light charges. Such a connection is possible when the lightest charges approach each other at distances of the order of an atomic nucleus (that is, where quantum mechanics dominates). However, the program simulated exactly the classical long-range order - an atom and several atoms. - Simulated "chemical bonding" without the use of quantum mechanics. Instead of quantum bans, the usual macroscopic "bounce" of electrons from nuclei was used. In spite of macroscopic nature of the model, the program itself constructed a stable molecule of two hydrogen atoms. The program allows for "rebound" from the walls, "sticking" of bodies, elastic rebound between particles, including non-central, replacement of attraction forces by repulsion forces at dangerous rapprochement to distances with strong fields. "Dissipation" is also possible, i.e. loss of speed proportional to speed, a variable mass is possible. An external homogeneous magnetic field is possible. The program does NOT demonstrate the effects of relativity and radiation. Because of this, in magnetic scenarios, unfortunately, the full momentum is not saved. The program does not require installation, the configurator and scenarios are stored in ordinary text files. It is possible to record movies in animated gif.
