Simplenote

Simplenote is a program that allows you to create notes with ideas, lists, plans and other information, store them in an organized order and synchronize them between several devices, publish them online and share them with friends.

Before you start using this program, you'll have to create a new account, but it doesn't take long: you only need to provide your email address and password. After that, the program is immediately ready to work. Creating an account means that if you install it on another computer or even a smartphone, you will have access to all your notes and will be able to synchronize all your information between all your devices.

Simplenote has a clean, pleasant and user-friendly interface with a modern style. It provides a complete overview of your notes and a convenient environment for working with text. It is worth noting, however, that the program does not have standard formatting tools, but it does support Markdown markup language, which allows you to use HTML tags to design your text.

Only tags are supposed to be used here for organizing notes. This can be quite unusual, but it allows you to sort your notes in a more flexible way. Also here is a search function for the text.

Special mention should be made of the Simplenote function for rolling back changes in notes. Clicking the button with the image of a clock and arrows, you open a kind of timeline with a slider. By moving this slider you will see the previous versions of the note and can restore an earlier version or copy the necessary information.

If you work in a team and you need to share information with your colleagues, it's very easy to do in this program, as long as they also use this program. Then you just publish the note or add your colleagues' email addresses, and they can not only read it, but also edit it.
