ZenR Notes is a program that is a text notes manager that offers a secure method of storing information on your computer. It uses 256-bit AES encryption and allows you to set a password to access your notes. When you add a new note (which can contain any textual information from shopping list to a piece of source code) you can password protect it to prevent any unauthorized person from accessing it.

In addition, you can set a master password, which will be required to access all notes saved in the manager. If the password is entered incorrectly a certain number of times, ZenR Notes will send an email to the specified email address to restore access. As for the notes themselves, the program has a simple text editor built in, which allows you to format the text. You can choose fonts, create lists, text styles, colors and other standard settings.
