Widelands is a real-time computer strategy game. Widelands includes a single-player mode, multiplayer mode for LAN and Internet use, and a set of single-player campaigns. Players are given control of one of three tribes.
The game includes two tutorial missions. Experienced players can create their own maps using the built-in map editor; maps from the original Settlers II can also be imported.
