One of the key features of the "tablet" is the LIDAR scanner. It detects the depth of space and estimates the distance to objects. This is important for AR applications. Complement the configuration of two cameras - 12 and 10 MP.
The "heart" of the iPad Pro is the A12Z Bionic processor. According to Apple, it is more efficient than the CPUs of many laptops. This is confirmed by synthetic tests.
The amount of RAM is 6 GB. That much RAM is installed in any package. Previously, only the iPad Pro 2018 with a 1TB drive had that much.
In addition, the U1 chip (as in the iPhone 11) was not spared. The latter endows the iPad Pro with spatial orientation. Why? To track the location of other "apple" gadgets.
The Magic Keyboard case deserves special attention. First of all, it is full-size. The differences from MacBook are minimal. The mechanism is scissor-like, you can not worry about reliability.
