At the same time, the user will be able to swap application windows thanks to the Slide Over mode, and the updated application switch will remember their preferred location and allow to return to them instantly, using the App Spaces function. For developers, the new operating system has prepared a special set of tools ARKit, designed to work with augmented reality. Thus, ordinary users can expect the appearance of new applications and games soon, allowing to taste all the delights of the new technology. Apple also improved the assistant Siri. The assistant has not only become "smarter", but also got a few variants of the voice, as well as more natural intonation. In addition, using Siri will now be able to quickly translate entire phrases from English to German, French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese. In addition, the assistant has received support for learning technology on the user's gadget, without sending data to the servers of Apple. The new operating system will also allow users to work with both local files and data uploaded to the cloud in the Files app, provide drag-and-drop support for easy text and image manipulation, and expand options for Apple Pencil users. The latter will be able to use the pen to draw directly in emails, as well as leave notes right from the lock screen.It's worth adding that the camera application has been improved, as well as other services of the company, such as Apple Pay, Apple Music and even the App Store. Owners of iPhone 5s and newer, the iPad Air and iPad Pro, the 5th generation iPad, iPad mini 2, as well as the 6th generation iPod touch will be able to try all the innovations in practice this fall. Nevertheless, for members of the iOS Developer Program preliminary version of the OS is already available. As for the open beta version, it will be available later this month.
