As we know, as smartphones age, some options for them become unavailable. For example, it is not possible to install new software on old-generation iPhones over time. Information has surfaced that iOS 13 cannot be installed on iPhones 5S, 6 and 6 Plus.
Owners of iPhone 6 Plus and older will have to be content with iOS 12, to which their devices were able to update. Soon the new OS from Apple will be released, but the owners of old generation iPhones will not be able to update to it, thus they will lose a number of useful functions and updates.
In 2018, the "Apple" company shocked iPhone 5S users. Apple allowed them to update their smartphones to iOS 12. However, this is the last update that can be downloaded to such gadgets. The same goes for the slightly more modern 6 and 6 Plus. They, too, will not be able to appreciate all the charms of the new iOS.
