Many people have probably already heard about the launch of the Yandex.Zdorovye service, designed for making doctor's appointments. It seems that the developers decided not to dwell on the existing features of their product and introduced the function of receiving online consultations from specialists. The innovation allows you to ask a physician or pediatrician, whose work experience averages seven years, a question at any time of the day or night. You can ask your question via text chat or video link. At the end of the conversation, the doctor will send you a detailed report with his or her recommendations or advise you to consult a more specific specialist. The history of your contacts, along with the advice received from the doctors, can be seen at any time in the "Medical record" section. Of course, the consultation with a specialist will not be free. The first consultation will cost the user 99 rubles, and all subsequent consultations will cost 499 rubles. Payment occurs at the time of receipt of the report. To do this, you must have a bank card issued by banks in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, or in European countries. It is worth adding that payment will not be required if the result of the consultation turns out that the patient does not need outpatient, but emergency care and advises to call an ambulance. The updated Yandex Health app is already available for gadgets running Android and iOS, and the launch of the web version of the service is planned for the near future. Nevertheless, it should not be forgotten that an online consultation cannot be considered a medical service, because Russia has not yet adopted a law on telemedicine. Therefore, any doctor's recommendation received through the app cannot replace a personal visit to a specialist, because according to the current legislation only in this case the doctor can make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment.
