Audiobooks started to be sold on Google Play

Finally, it is now possible to purchase audiobooks in the Google Play store.The corresponding section is now available in 45 countries, including Russia, in nine languages. Thus, unlike other similar services, Play Books will not require a subscription to play audiobooks. Prior to purchase, the user can listen to a free excerpt from the book of interest. In addition, after the purchase, audiobooks can be added to the family library. It's interesting that to listen to the acquired audiobooks will help Google Assistant. According to representatives of the company, the assistant can even limit the playback time of the book. It's worth adding that Google offers a 50% discount on the first audiobook.
