Many Facebook users are familiar with the situation when after adding music they liked to an uploaded video, the video was deleted by the social network administration. Such troubles were caused by copyright infringement. Now, thanks to the agreement with one of the largest labels, it became finally possible to use licensed music while creating your videos for Facebook. We are talking about the long-term license agreement between Facebook and Universal Music Group. Under its terms, users of the social network can use licensed music of the label's artists while creating their videos. In addition, the agreement also applies to Instagram and Oculus. It should be added that such a deal was the first, but not the last for Facebook. Having reached an agreement with Universal Music Group, the social network team plans to reach an agreement with representatives of the remaining "Big Three" labels - Sony Music Group and Warner Music Group.
