Yandex specialists decided to drop support for its recently launched application. It's about the service for short-term car rental, launched in test mode in May 2017 and only came out of the beta stage in August.It is reported that the service was launched as an experiment. It was available to users both in a separate app and in Yandex.Transport. According to the developers, the separate Yandex.Carsharing product turned out to be less popular and, in connection with this, it was decided to close it. This does not mean that the service for short-term car rental will cease to exist. All the usual features of Carsharing will be available and will continue to develop within the more popular Yandex.Transport service.
