EyeDefender

EyeDefender is a free program designed to prevent computer vision syndrome that occurs during prolonged work at the computer. The program is located in the system tray and shows how much time is left before a break. During the break one of the following rest modes will start:

• Displaying the image of your choice;
• Visual training to relieve eye fatigue;
• Activation of the current screensaver;
• A simple reminder in the system tray to rest.

You can also use this program to prevent other computer ailments that require short breaks.
