GCompris

GCompris is a package of educational programs for children from 2 to 10 years old, consisting of various exercises and games of an educational nature.

Categories of GCompris exercises and examples of exercises

• Computer basics: using the keyboard and mouse; falling letters;
• arithmetic: basic counting; multiplication table; addition and subtraction;
• basics of physics: electricity; water cycle; submarine;
• geography: place countries on a map;
• games: chess; memory development; connect four dots; Sudoku;
• reading: reading practice;
• much more: how to read hours and minutes; puzzles; drawing; creating cartoons.

GCompris currently includes more than one hundred exercises and new ones are constantly being developed.
