Web Proxy Checker is a program for quickly checking lists of SOCKS and HTTP(S) proxy servers. It has a multi-threaded architecture. Checks proxies for availability (connect) and ability to download a specified URL. Can check proxies (ip) for "blacklists" (DNSBL check). The program has a built-in web-server for distribution of checked proxies. If there is ip2country database, it can determine the country of the proxy to be checked.
