Archimedes' Law 3D virtual laboratory work on physics (section: Mechanics).
Purpose: Simulation of a laboratory work on general physics.
PURPOSE OF THE EXERCISE: Determination of the dependence of the extrusive force on the depth of immersion.
Brief description: Archimedes' law states that a body immersed in a liquid is subjected to an upward force (ejection force or Archimedes' force), FG. The magnitude of this force is equal to the gravity of the displaced liquid. In the case of regular-shaped bodies immersed in liquid, the ejection force is proportional to the depth h to which the body is immersed, as long as this depth is less than the height H of the body itself.
